There’s a backstory!

Informed decision making

By applying basic principles to our workflow, we can break down some of the barriers that get in the way of digital accessibility. There are guidelines that support the importance of applying these changes.

You may be saying to yourself; "I’ve never heard of digital accessibility. Is this a real thing?" Perhaps it’s relatable when we think about how much a person relies on having access to the digital world now more than ever. The inability to access what is needed online whether it is a product, service, or information can be debilitating. There might have been a time when you came across a link that wasn’t working or a “404 error” page that popped up.

We can all relate to mild or moderate irritations preventing us from getting things done. Imagine that being a regular occurrence. While it’s nearly impossible to solve all the barriers that allow for digital access, actively working on some of them will allow wider access to a larger audience.
